Sophie McCullen

With more than 18 years’ experience in Australia and internationally, Sophie is an expert in the field of corporate communications, public relations, full funnel and product marketing, working across a wide range of industries – from mining to tech, medical to engineering.

As Director of Think, Sophie works with clients to develop communications strategies that are aligned to business objectives and commercial goals. She provides advice and support to Managing Directors, CEOs and Executive Leadership teams across all clients, whether it be during large-scale M&A activity to internal employee engagement, to ensure the right message is delivered at the right time.

Sophie has worked with some of the largest ASX and NYSE listed organisations, including Xero as the Director of Communications for APAC, Lendlease, ELMO Software, Cardno and Peabody Energy, as well as small Australian businesses that needed the support to grow and have their brand recognised.

Prior to founding Think, Sophie worked for a Fortune 500 company, both in the United States and Australia.

Danielle Boyd

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University Of Queensland, Danielle Boyd has demonstrated experience in corporate communications and strategic marketing.

Danielle specialises in internal communication and marketing and is an expert in the fields of social media engagement and content creation.

Here at Think Communications, Danielle has been responsible for managing large scale social media strategies and has successfully grown and managed existing social platforms with a significant community base.

Catherine Lee

Catherine is a dynamic marketing and communications professional whose work has taken her across Australia, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. She has diverse experience spanning public relations, end-to-end campaign management, stakeholder management, digital marketing and leading change and transformation projects.

With experience across agency and in-house environments, she specialises in FMCG, media and lifestyle brands. She has worked on multi million dollar accounts and across small businesses requiring a more grass roots approach.

With a Masters in Business and a degree in media communications, Catherine’s true passion lies in inspiring strong leadership and client service in others.

When she’s not at work, Catherine has her hands full with her two delightful and energetic young daughters.

Sarah Rodgers

Sarah is a detailed-oriented and driven graduate who has joined the Think Communications team as a Communications Consultant.

While completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing, Sarah worked in a Brisbane-based communications agency, providing administrative support across the business.

With a strong foundation in administrative coordination and hands-on experience in digital marketing, she brings a thoughtful and efficient approach to campaign execution, strategy development, and brand enhancement.

She is enthusiastic about combining structured processes with creative thinking to deliver impactful marketing and communication solutions. She looks forward to contributing fresh insights to help shape and elevate Think’s clients.
